This pivotal role focuses on driving innovation, shaping product strategy, and delivering cutting-edge shopping experiences through Alexa. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and business leaders to define product roadmaps, implement technical solutions, and ensure that Alexa continues to transform the way customers discover and purchase products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Alexa Shopping products, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.

• Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, and scalable solutions.

• Drive product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely execution.

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize user experiences, and prioritize features.

• Collaborate with UX, research, and analytics teams to create seamless, intuitive voice shopping experiences.

• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Act as a mentor and technical thought leader for the product management team, fostering innovation and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment, ideally within voice technology, AI, or e-commerce.

• Strong technical background with experience in system design, APIs, and software development practices.

• Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging metrics to drive decisions and measure impact.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

• Experience in product strategy, roadmapping, and agile methodologies.

Experience

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products, voice assistants, or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in shipping high-impact products in a fast-paced, scalable environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Flexible work arrangements available with the option to work in-office or remotely, depending on team and location.

• Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with global teams.
