Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load and unload packages from trailers, pallets, and conveyors.

• Sort and stage packages to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

• Perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following Amazons safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines.

• Identify and report any damaged or misplaced packages promptly.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs regularly and heavier items with assistance.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic problem-solving abilities and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or package handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Seasonal or part-time work experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Part-time seasonal schedule, typically ranging from 15–30 hours per week.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
