Job Summary

Amazon is seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be an essential part of the team that ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stow incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and scanners (training provided)

• Ensure all items meet Amazons quality and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience required; training is provided

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

• 10-hour shifts, typically four days per week

• Day, night, and weekend shifts may be available depending on operational needs

• Overtime opportunities may be offered during peak seasons
