Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler with RF Scanner Experience to join our warehouse operations team on the 3rd shift. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory movement, timely order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using RF scanners, a strong understanding of warehouse processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, overnight environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, pick, pack, stage, and ship materials using RF scanning technology

• Operate RF scanners to track inventory movements, verify orders, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy

• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and storage areas

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and location audits as required

• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times

• Assist with labeling, sorting, and organizing materials in designated storage locations

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet productivity and accuracy targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory and order processing

• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and shipping documents

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials (as per job requirements)

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong work ethic and reliability, especially for overnight shifts

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse/distribution environment

• Prior experience working with RF scanners is required

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced warehouse operations is preferred

Working Hours

• 3rd Shift / Overnight Shift

• Shift timings may vary based on operational needs, including weekends or overtime as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
