Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking Overnight Package Handlers to support high-volume FedEx/UPS hub operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe movement of packages through our overnight logistics network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is physically capable of handling packages of varying sizes and weights, and is committed to meeting strict delivery timelines. This position plays a vital role in keeping supply chains moving efficiently during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, scan, sort, and stack packages in accordance with hub operational procedures

• Handle parcels carefully to prevent damage while maintaining productivity targets

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as conveyor systems, pallet jacks, and hand scanners

• Ensure accurate package routing to the correct destinations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, including proper lifting techniques

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and issues

• Support peak-volume operations and assist in other warehouse tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in package handling and scanning

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts consistently

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

• Willingness to follow instructions and operational procedures

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or package handling experience is an advantage but not required

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided

• Experience in FedEx, UPS, or high-volume distribution hubs is a plus

Working Hours

• Overnight shifts, typically between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (shift times may vary by location and volume)

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required

• Knowledge of safe lifting and material-handling techniques
