HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Certified Forklift Driver – Stand-Up & Reach Truck to support fast-paced warehouse and distribution operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate has proven experience operating stand-up and reach trucks, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and store materials.
Accurately pick, stage, and transport inventory according to work orders and warehouse management system (WMS) instructions.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
Maintain proper stock rotation and ensure inventory is stored in designated locations.
Follow all OSHA, company safety standards, and operational procedures at all times.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation as required.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics teams to meet productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Valid forklift certification with demonstrated proficiency in stand-up and reach truck operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and material handling best practices.
Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and basic inventory documentation.
Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Minimum 1–3 years of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Day, evening, and night shifts may be offered depending on operational needs.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
In-depth understanding of warehouse layout, racking systems, and inventory flow.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials in accordance with job requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer or WMS experience is an advantage.
Physically able to stand, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
