The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic finance and sales operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely calculation, reporting, and auditing of sales incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Xactly, Google Sheets, and sales data analysis, combined with the ability to communicate complex compensation structures clearly to stakeholders. You will play a key role in optimizing sales incentive processes and supporting a high-performing sales organization.
Manage and execute sales compensation calculations using Xactly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved plans.
Build, maintain, and enhance Google Sheets models for incentive calculations, reporting, and scenario analysis.
Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to resolve discrepancies and answer compensation-related queries.
Support the design, implementation, and auditing of sales incentive programs.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, trends, and commission payouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Assist in documentation, testing, and training for new compensation programs or system updates.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
Proven experience with Xactly Incent, or similar sales compensation management tools.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and complex modeling.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of sales processes, commission structures, and incentive plan design.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective solutions.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales compensation analysis, sales operations, or related finance/analytical roles.
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred.
Exposure to reporting tools, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and data analytics is a plus.
