Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FinTech strategy team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

• Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new products, initiatives, and strategic investments.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes affecting the FinTech sector.

• Support budgeting, planning, and reporting processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial reporting tools; experience with FinTech platforms or ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices in FinTech.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FinTech, banking, or technology sectors.

• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
