Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Data Analyst – Digital Platforms with strong French language proficiency to support data-driven decision-making across our digital ecosystems. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned data professional who can translate complex digital platform data into actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital performance, enhancing user experience, and driving measurable outcomes through advanced analytics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis for digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data models to track KPIs and digital performance metrics.

  • Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Partner with product, marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights aligned with business objectives.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Support A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization initiatives.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics, reporting, and data storytelling.

  • Collaborate effectively in both English and French across international and multicultural teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in French and English (written and verbal).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.


Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on digital platforms or digital products.

  • Proven experience delivering insights that influence product strategy, marketing performance, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Prior experience working in hybrid or distributed team environments is highly desirable.

  • Experience mentoring or leading analysts is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
