Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including package sorting, loading, and distribution.

  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate associates to meet operational targets.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless logistics and timely deliveries.

  • Assist in training new hires and support ongoing professional development of warehouse staff.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
