Job Summary

FedEx is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our operations team for the 2nd shift, including weekend coverage with differential pay. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, and movement of packages within our distribution facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining FedExs reputation for speed, accuracy, and reliability while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, and scan packages accurately and efficiently

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors (training provided)

• Ensure packages are handled according to FedEx safety and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Meet productivity and accuracy targets within designated timelines

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

• Report damaged packages, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic ability to read labels, instructions, and safety guidelines

• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends

• Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Experience

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is preferred but not required

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training is provided

• Experience working in fast-paced or physically demanding environments is an advantage

Working Hours

• Shift: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)

• Schedule: Includes weekend shifts

• Compensation: Weekend differential pay in addition to base hourly rate

• Overtime may be available based on business needs
