Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Document all interactions in the companys CRM system with attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company protocols for data protection and compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, or similar software.
