Job Summary

United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patient care across a variety of healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility

• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations accurately

• Support nurses and healthcare providers with routine clinical tasks

• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with care plans

• Respond promptly to patient needs, call lights, and safety concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary patient environment

• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Experience

• Previous experience as a CNA in a hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or home health setting is preferred

• New graduates with valid certification and strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• PRN (as-needed) basis with highly flexible scheduling

• Day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts available
