Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with routine clinical tasks
Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines
Accurately document patient care activities in electronic health records
Participate actively in training sessions, skills labs, and supervised clinical practice
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in healthcare and patient-centered care
Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
Willingness to complete CNA training and certification sponsored by United Healthcare
Basic computer literacy for documentation and training modules
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and daily care tasks
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
No prior CNA or healthcare experience required
