Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position, based in Germany, offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate HR activities, and support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with strategic HR knowledge to enhance employee experience and streamline hiring processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Coordinate HR processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with German labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and performance management activities.

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely support to managers and employees.

  • Generate HR reports and metrics to aid decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to attract top talent.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or related functions.

  • Strong understanding of German labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.

  • Experience with virtual/remote HR operations is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Must be available during standard German business hours for coordination with team members and candidates.
