Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Night Shift Client Support Assistant to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients during night hours, providing timely and effective assistance through digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via chat, email, and other digital platforms.

• Resolve client issues with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Document client interactions and update records to maintain accurate case histories.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed and resolved.

• Escalate complex issues to senior support or management when necessary.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support processes.

• Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone with all client communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and typing skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).

• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working in a remote environment or handling online communications is a plus.

Working Hours

• Night shift position: Typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (local time).

• Flexible scheduling may be considered based on candidate availability.
