Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows.   • Help ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration is an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative work.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Monday to Friday schedule.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
