Key Responsibilities

• Research and write clear, concise, and accurate technical content such as blogs, articles, tutorials, FAQs, and product documentation.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.

• Edit and proofread content for grammar, structure, and accuracy while ensuring adherence to brand voice and writing standards.

• Create SEO-optimized content to improve visibility across digital platforms.

• Maintain an organized database of content and regularly update documentation to reflect new product developments or changes.

• Stay current with emerging technology trends, tools, and writing techniques.

• Participate in content review meetings and contribute creative ideas for new technical topics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
