Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Global Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Data Entry and Claims Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position involves accurate data entry, claims processing, and revenue cycle support for healthcare clients across the globe. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

As part of our RCM team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical claims, data validation, and revenue optimization for healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and verify patient and insurance information into the RCM system.

  • Process and follow up on medical claims, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines.

  • Review claim rejections and denials, identify errors, and resubmit claims as required.

  • Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized records of claims, supporting documents, and correspondence.

  • Assist in generating reports on claim status, revenue, and performance metrics.

  • Identify trends or issues in claim submissions and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare claims processing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and healthcare management software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, and virtual meetings.

  • Familiarity with US healthcare insurance systems is a plus.


Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare claims processing preferred.

  • Prior remote work experience is an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexible working hours; must be able to meet deadlines and participate in virtual meetings as required.
