The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal HR team. This fully remote position is ideal for a results-driven recruitment professional who excels at identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. As part of our growing organization, you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department leads across functions to meet staffing goals and support organizational growth in Algeria and beyond.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract quality candidates.
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and skill alignment.
Manage recruitment data, reports, and analytics using HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position The Elite Job as an employer of choice in the region.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local employment regulations.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters or recruitment interns when required.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (preferably 4+ years).
Strong understanding of modern recruitment practices, tools, and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to handle multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical work approach.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within multinational or high-growth organizations.
Experience in recruiting for various roles including technical, administrative, and leadership positions.
Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid team setup is an advantage.
Full-time position with flexible remote working hours.
Standard work schedule aligns with Algerian business hours (Monday to Friday).
Occasional availability for virtual meetings across different time zones as required.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends.
Excellent ability to assess candidate potential and organizational fit.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.
