Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our remote team on a part-time basis, ideal for students or aspiring artists who want to gain professional experience while studying. The Illustrator will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital illustrations for marketing materials, social media posts, e-learning modules, and branding projects. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for art, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital illustrations, icons, and graphics for use across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.

• Develop unique character designs, backgrounds, and visual assets for digital campaigns.

• Ensure that all illustrations are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Revise and edit artwork based on feedback to achieve desired results.

• Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery and attention to detail.

• Stay updated on current trends in digital illustration, art, and design software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or CorelDRAW.

• Strong artistic ability and understanding of composition, color theory, and visual balance.

• Creativity, originality, and a strong eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret design briefs effectively.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.

• A portfolio showcasing previous illustration or design work is required.

Experience

• Fresher or student applicants are welcome.

• Prior freelance or academic project experience in illustration or graphic design will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time, flexible working schedule designed to suit students and freelancers.

• Approximately 2–4 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

• 100% remote/work from home position.
