Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Voice Process Executives to join our dynamic team in a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer service, communication, and career growth. As a Voice Process Executive, you will engage with US-based clients, handle inbound and outbound calls, and ensure a smooth customer experience—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.

• Maintain call records, update customer details, and follow up where necessary.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Adhere to performance targets, call handling standards, and shift schedules.

• Work collaboratively with team leaders and managers to meet process goals.

• Communicate clearly and courteously with US-based clients during night shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.

• A professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in voice process, BPO, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift: US Night Shift (Work from Home)

• Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (approx.)

• Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
