HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic remote team. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges, design predictive models, and support strategic decision-making. Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Design and implement experiments (A/B testing) to measure the impact of data solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Monitor model performance, conduct regular evaluations, and recommend improvements.
Document methodologies and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
2–5 years of professional experience in a data science or data analytics role.
Proven track record of implementing machine learning or predictive analytics projects in a business environment.
Experience working with large-scale data systems and distributed computing environments preferred.
