Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer (React + Node.js) to join our dynamic remote development team. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer with expertise in React and Node.js.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

• Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).

• Must be available for periodic virtual team meetings and project discussions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
