Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in retail or e-commerce customer support is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time remote position with flexible scheduling.

• Shifts may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on business needs.

• Minimum commitment: 15–25 hours per week.
