As a Teamleiter Instandhaltung (Maintenance Team Leader) within Amazons Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) department, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure the optimal performance of our state-of-the-art material handling equipment and automation systems. Team Leadership: Oversee and support a maintenance team during your shift, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Equipment Monitoring: Utilize SCADA systems to monitor equipment performance, conducting visual inspections and condition-based monitoring to identify potential issues.
Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

Educational Background: Completed technical vocational training recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or a relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating and maintaining material handling equipment and automation systems.
Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing technical teams, with a focus on performance and safety.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a technical maintenance role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Shift-Based Schedule: Work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous operations.
