Position: Document Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and maintain an efficient document control system, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and distribute documents in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in document control or records management is a plus.
