Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain operations team. As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting operational performance, analyzing supply chain metrics, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.

• Monitor supply chain performance metrics (inventory levels, lead times, service levels, etc.) and prepare regular reports.

• Assist in identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Support the implementation of operational initiatives and strategic projects.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely flow of goods and information.

• Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities and prepare presentations for senior management.

• Utilize data visualization tools and reporting software to track performance and highlight trends.

• Provide support in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Experience

• 0–2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships and academic projects will be considered).

• Previous exposure to data analytics or supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

• Standard office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with occasional flexibility required depending on project deadlines and operational needs.
