The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our prestigious Medical Institute. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior researchers, physicians, and external partners to achieve project goals.

• Prepare detailed reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Support grant writing, literature reviews, and the preparation of funding proposals.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in medical research and technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field (Masters preferred).

• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis.

• Proficiency in using research and data analysis software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical research or academic research setting.

• Experience in clinical trials, laboratory work, or healthcare-related research will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility required for project deadlines, data collection, and research activities.
