Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Survey Analyst to join our Research & Development team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices in survey methodology.

• Use statistical tools and software to perform advanced data analysis.

• Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple survey projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

• Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present technical findings in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience

• 2–4 years of proven experience in survey design, research analysis, or data interpretation.

• Experience working in a research-driven environment or consultancy is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with experimental design and large-scale survey projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

• Flexible working arrangements available, with a hybrid office/remote option depending on project needs.

• Knowledge of research design principles, sampling techniques, and statistical analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
