Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight in compliance with aviation regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and resolving issues effectively.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.

• Serve meals and beverages, managing special requests with care and efficiency.

• Handle in-flight sales and manage onboard inventory accurately.

• Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.

• Represent Emirates Airlines with professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate (Grade 12).

• Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Physically fit with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) and ability to pass medical assessments.

• Professional appearance with no visible tattoos while in uniform.

• Height requirement: Minimum arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes) and minimum height of 160 cm.

• Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.

Experience

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Flexible scheduling based on flight rosters.

• International travel requiring overnight stays.
