Job Summary:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials for production.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Meet daily production targets and work effectively within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety rules.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.

• Basic communication skills in English (reading and understanding work instructions).

Experience:

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position

• Standard working hours: 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.

• Overtime may be available and paid according to labor regulations.
