Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.

• Comfortable working at heights and in a confined, dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of safety procedures, emergency equipment, and first aid.

Experience
