Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the flight deck crew and ground staff for smooth flight operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage).

• Good physical health and ability to handle emergency situations.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards as per airline policy.

• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply as full training will be provided.

Working Hours
