Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Stewardesses. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew by following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and deliver safety demonstrations to passengers.

• Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning, ensuring smooth operations.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to any in-flight issues or emergencies.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while maintaining hygiene and service quality standards.

• Manage passenger queries, complaints, and special requests professionally and empathetically.

• Comply with all aviation regulations, airline policies, and customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism is an asset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively during emergencies.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Physically fit to meet airline health and safety requirements.

Experience

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus.
