Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking professional, service-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Stewardess. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board in compliance with aviation regulations.

  • Conduct pre-flight checks and safety demonstrations before take-off.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by attending to passenger needs and requests during flights.

  • Serve meals, beverages, and other refreshments in a professional manner.

  • Manage in-flight sales and maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, including administering first aid when required.

  • Provide clear communication regarding flight updates and safety protocols to passengers.

  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure passenger comfort throughout the journey.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline policies.

  • Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.

  • Height and weight proportionate to aviation standards (for operational safety).

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.


Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Rotational schedules with varying flight durations (domestic and international routes).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of aviation safety protocols and emergency procedures (training will be provided).

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment.

  • Physically fit to handle the demands of the role, including standing for long periods.
