Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing for bulk bookings and long-stay arrangements.

  • Coordinate with hotel operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, corporate travel policies, and B2B negotiations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams).

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and forecast sales trends.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working schedule aligned with client requirements, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional virtual meetings or calls outside standard hours may be required for international clients.

  • In-depth understanding of corporate travel trends and hotel distribution channels.
