Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans for interior fit-out projects.

• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden structures, furniture, doors, cabinets, and other interior elements.

• Ensure precision and adherence to project specifications, standards, and deadlines.

• Maintain, repair, and refurbish wooden furniture and fittings as required.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth workflow.

• Select and use appropriate materials, tools, and techniques for each task.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Identify potential issues or improvements in carpentry processes and suggest solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in interior fit-out or related construction projects.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machines, and materials.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in carpentry.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in interior fit-out projects.
