Painter Helpers assist skilled painters in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings under supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Assist painters in surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, cleaning, and patching.

• Mix paints, stains, and other coatings as instructed.

• Transport and set up painting tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.

• Apply protective coatings, primers, or paints under guidance.

• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

• Support the team in minor tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of painting techniques and tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work under supervision.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required.

• Freshers or individuals with minimal experience in construction or painting are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
