MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled Solar Construction Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components following project plans and specifications.

  • Conduct site assessments to ensure proper placement and connection of solar systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar installations to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to execute construction schedules efficiently.

  • Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes during all phases of installation and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system performance.

  • Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in solar panel installation, electrical systems, or related technical fields.

  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary depending on project deadlines).

  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet project timelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of solar technology, photovoltaic systems, and electrical safety standards.

  • Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions safely.
