Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, identify skilled candidates, and contribute to building a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.

• Utilize job boards, professional networking sites, and social media to source candidates.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and conduct proactive market research.

• Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and HR databases.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience hiring for diverse roles across various industries is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Standard business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Occasional flexibility may be required to meet hiring deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills for closing offers effectively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.

• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance will be an advantage.
