Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, identify skilled candidates, and contribute to building a high-performing team. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
Utilize job boards, professional networking sites, and social media to source candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and conduct proactive market research.
Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for diverse roles across various industries is preferred.
Full-time position
Standard business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Occasional flexibility may be required to meet hiring deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate suitability.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills for closing offers effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance will be an advantage.
