Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure data to identify performance bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track cloud usage, cost, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cloud engineers and DevOps teams to optimize resource allocation and resolve operational issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and recommend preventive measures to reduce downtime.

• Ensure adherence to Walmarts data governance and cloud security policies.

• Evaluate and implement tools for better cloud monitoring, analytics, and automation.

• Provide insights for forecasting cloud capacity and budget planning.

• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Stackdriver).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in cloud operations, data analytics, or a related role.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure monitoring and data reporting is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours to support global operations.

• Occasional on-call rotation may be required for critical cloud operations support.
