Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, evaluating supplier performance, monitoring spending patterns, and providing insights that support strategic sourcing decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor procurement performance and supplier efficiency.

• Evaluate vendor contracts and pricing to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Partner with sourcing and finance teams to support negotiations with data-backed insights.

• Conduct spend analysis to identify areas for consolidation or strategic sourcing improvements.

• Maintain procurement databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.

• Support forecasting and budgeting activities by providing data-driven recommendations.

• Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks by analyzing market trends and supplier performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.

• In-depth understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Data Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or a similar analytical role in procurement.

• Experience in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and process improvements using data analytics.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).

• Occasional extended hours may be required during reporting cycles or strategic sourcing initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and supplier evaluation metrics.

• Expertise in data visualization and report automation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of market trends in supply chain and procurement best practices.
