Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all organizational data.

• Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and best practices to enhance reporting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and charts).

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools is preferred.

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related analytical role.

• Freshers with excellent academic knowledge in data analytics and strong practical skills may also apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working hours, with 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).

• Must be available for occasional team meetings during standard business hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities to interpret complex datasets.

• Proficiency in data cleaning, manipulation, and reporting.

• Ability to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
