Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive - Sourcing Specialist to join our human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent across multiple platforms to meet the companys staffing needs. You will play a critical role in building a robust talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with the HR team and hiring managers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

• Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition best practices.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR role.

• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for HR are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with flexible working hours.

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (occasional weekend support may be required during peak hiring periods).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
