Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Trainee to join our Real Estate Investment Division. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or aspiring financial professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, and real estate portfolio management. The selected candidate will work closely with senior analysts to evaluate investment opportunities, perform market research, and support decision-making for high-value real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing investment reports for real estate projects.

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to support real estate investment strategies.

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to prepare cash flow models, forecasts, and valuations.

• Support the due diligence process for property acquisitions and investments.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Monitor real estate market developments and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and basic real estate concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience in finance, investment, or real estate is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and interest in real estate investment are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday).

• Flexible/remote working options may be available for exceptional candidates.
