Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print projects.

• Collaborate with international clients to understand project requirements and deliver timely creative solutions.

• Convert concepts into visual designs that communicate clear messages and align with branding standards.

• Revise and enhance designs based on client feedback and internal quality checks.

• Work independently during night shifts, ensuring deadlines for overseas clients are met without compromising quality.

• Maintain a library of project files and design assets for future reference and client use.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to create original concepts and deliver polished designs under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

• Experience working on international projects or with clients across different time zones is an advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in styles and mediums is required.

Working Hours

• Night Shift / Flexible Remote Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST) to align with international client schedules.

• Flexibility to adjust hours depending on project deadlines and client needs.
