MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Evening Online Tutors to join our remote teaching team. As an online tutor, you will be responsible for providing interactive and personalized learning sessions to students worldwide, helping them achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions for students in assigned subjects.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and interactive content to enhance student engagement.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

• Maintain regular communication with students and, if required, with parents regarding progress.

• Utilize online tools and platforms for effective virtual teaching and assessments.

• Track attendance, maintain records, and report progress to the team lead or supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong academic knowledge in one or more subjects (Math, Science, English, or specialized topics).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable using online teaching tools and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot minor connectivity or audio/video issues.

Experience

• Freshers, current students, or recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (online or offline) will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible evening shifts between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM (local time).

• Minimum commitment of 2–4 hours per day, 5–6 days a week.

• Weekend availability is a plus.
