Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. You will be responsible for ensuring product details are accurate, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing to drive higher visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Write compelling and SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance product visibility.

• Upload product images, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

• Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and sales performance.

• Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, or policy violations and resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure listings are up-to-date and stock levels are accurate.

• Track and analyze listing performance, generating reports to optimize future listings.

• Maintain compliance with Amazon and Flipkart seller guidelines to avoid penalties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging product content.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

• Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce and keyword research.

• Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in listings.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in product listing or e-commerce management (Amazon/Flipkart preferred).

• Freshers with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a Monday to Friday schedule.

• Approximately 4–6 hours per day depending on project requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace policies and guidelines.

• Ability to handle bulk uploads and catalog management efficiently.

• Analytical mindset to track listing performance and implement improvements.

• Strong time management skills to meet daily and weekly targets.
