Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory and warehouse operations at our busy factory site. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency. As a key team member in our supply chain operations, the Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, issuing and receiving materials, and ensuring the proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials using inventory software.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, stocking, and distribution of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions when stock is low.

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials in designated locations.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments for material flow.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the warehouse.

• Prepare inventory reports and submit them to the management as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Inventory Management Software, Email usage).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) is a plus.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred.

• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and strong computer skills may also apply.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Position

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

• 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace cleanliness standards.

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials when required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
